By diffusion: use this blend in its pure form in a nebulizing diffuser (without diluting with water) Diffuse for 15 minutes per hour to make your living space pleasant and fragrant.
As a massage oil: mix 1 to 2 drops of this blend with 10 drops of plant or vegetable oil. Apply this mix directly to the skin of the celiac plexus region, the inside of your wrists, or on the soles of your feet to feel the benefits of this synergy.
Via inhalation: Cold: put a few drops of this blend on a handkerchief and sniff regularly. Hot: pour a couple of drops of this blend into a bowl of hot water or in a bath to benefit from this synergy that will be dispersed via the steaming water.
